Returns and Exchange Procedure

To return products for a refund, just return them to the address on the packing slip with a note on the packing slip saying that you would like to return them for a refund.  If you don't have the packing slip, just include a note with the order number. 

 

Please note that custom orders are not refundable or exchangeable. 

 

There are 2 basic options for exchange.

 

1. Return the products to the address on the packing slip.  Include the packing slip with a note saying what products you would like to exchange them for. If the products you want are more expensive, we will contact you for the difference. If the products you want are less expensive, we will credit your means of payment. Additional payment for more expensive covers can be made by phone or by secure payment link. Secure payment links can be forwarded to say an accounting department for payment. 

 

2.  Order the covers that you would like from the website and return the other covers to the address on the packing slip with the packing slip with a note saying that you would like to return them.  We will credit the method of payment when we receive them.

 

If you don't have the packing slip then just include the order number in the box when you return.
