Universal Locking Hand Hole Cover

Includes lock, 2 keys, bracket, screw, gasket, and cap 

The cover is machined from 1/2" thick steel and has a 1/8" lip to prevent the covers from being moved around. 

The lock box is machined from a solid block of steel. 

A vending machine style plug lock is inserted into the front to block access to the screw. 

The bracket is 3/8" thick x 1" wide zinc plated steel

The screw is 3/8-16x2 1/2" stainless steel security Torx
